Do you provide the props?

We do! Or you can provide your own. Our props are the classics that work for just about any event such as silly faces, hats, etc. Any specific props you would like to incorporate is up to you!

Can you set up outside?

We can! …with a couple caveats. We require a covered, shaded spot. This is because, one, photos turn out much better in the shade, and two, this helps protect our equipment from the elements. In addition, our backdrops can sustain winds up to 5mph, so anything over that and we would have to set up the photo booth with no backdrop. Still possible! But not ideal.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! We accept all the big ones. 🙂

How do we book?

Yay! We are excited to hear you want to book with us! Simply reach out by filling out the contact form on our contact page, call / text 616-566-5924, or email expressionstudiosphotography@gmail.com. We’ll send you a contract, additional sign up info and we’ll be on our way! We do require a $100 non refundable deposit to lock in the date.

What if I need to cancel?

We certainly understand sometimes things happen and you need to cancel. There are two ways to book, you can book with a $100 deposit or without. If you choose to book with a deposit, this means you are locking in the date with a non-refundable $100 deposit. If you must cancel, this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you book without the deposit, we are simply “penciling” you in. If someone comes along and wants the same date and is willing to put down a deposit, we’ll have to give them priority. So, while it is risky, it is probably best to book without the deposit if you think there is a good chance you’ll cancel.

Can I use my own backdrop?

Of course! Some clients provide their own, or simply use a decorated wall or no backdrop at all!
